No experience is required. Classes can take place in your private villa or home in Tuscany, or in selected locations in the Chianti area.

Fresh local ingredients and all necessary equipment are arranged in advance.

Step by step, without rush — learning techniques, preparing dishes, and sharing the experience.

As every Italian meal should end: gathered around the table to taste what we have created together.
